The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has decided to allow companies to conduct their Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) through video conference (VC) or other audio visual means (OAVM) or transact items through postal ballot in accordance with the framework provided in the earlier circular(s) no.(s) 14/2020 and 17/2020 dated 08th April, 2020 and 13th April, 2020 respectively up to 30th September, 2020.
